Jeanne Poirier (night manager) has 21 years of horse riding experience. She has worked as a veterinarian assistant for four years performing various duties including helping with surgeries to administrating medications. Her first full time job was at Century Mill Stables, where the owner taught her everything she knows from medicating, to wrapping, to taking horseŐs temperatures.
Jeanne has spent a lot of time learning new ways to treat horses from holistic care to modern medicine. She was raised on Homeopathic Treatments and believes that they can help greatly along with modern medicine. She lives full time at Jordan Stables as the Night Manager with two German Shepherds, Lance and Chase, who help with the night checks. Lance saved Ollie from a bad colic episode by keeping him up and walking. |
